App use, subscriptions, advertising and combat-sports features
These terms govern access to and use of the Fight IQ Global mobile application, website and related services.
Combat-sports warning: Combat sports, sparring, conditioning and weight-management activities can cause serious injury, illness or death. Fight IQ Global does not replace qualified coaching, medical care or professional nutrition guidance.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Fight IQ Global mobile application, website and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By downloading the app, creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with any consent or supervision required by law. You are responsible for accurate account information, credential confidentiality and all activity under your account.
Fight IQ Global provides combat-sports tools that may include fighter and opponent data entry, strategy support, fight-camp planning, drilling and sparring plans, video analysis, AI-generated content, downloadable reports, avatar/profile features, advertising-supported access and premium subscription access. Features may be modified, suspended or discontinued.
Free, trial or ad-supported versions may display advertisements delivered by Fight IQ Global or third-party networks, mediation platforms or measurement providers. We are not responsible for third-party advertiser content, claims, products, services, websites or privacy practices.
You may not manipulate advertising systems, generate invalid traffic, repeatedly click ads to create artificial revenue, use bots or otherwise interfere with advertising. Any rewarded-ad features may be subject to eligibility, availability and anti-fraud checks.
Certain features may require a subscription or in-app purchase. Purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play are also governed by the applicable store terms. Pricing, billing period and included features will be shown at purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled through the applicable store account settings. Deleting the app or account does not automatically cancel a subscription.
The Services are for informational, educational and training support only and do not provide medical advice, nutritional advice, diagnosis, treatment, mental-health care, legal advice or emergency services.
You are responsible for training decisions, supervision, physical condition, competition readiness, hydration practices and compliance with event, gym, coach or athletic-commission rules. Strategy suggestions, weight-cutting content and AI-generated recommendations must be evaluated carefully and, where appropriate, reviewed with qualified professionals.
We do not guarantee athletic performance, competitive outcomes, health outcomes, weight-cutting outcomes, advertising availability, subscription availability or business results. AI outputs and automated recommendations may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable.
You may submit names, athlete data, text, notes, prompts, photos, documents and videos (“User Content”). You retain ownership, while granting Fight IQ Global a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, modify, process, transmit and use that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve and provide the Services.
If you provide information about another person, you represent that you have authority or another lawful basis to provide it and request the related processing.
The Services, including software, designs, text, branding, graphics, reports and other Fight IQ Global content, are owned by Fight IQ Global or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws.
The Services may rely on hosting, app-distribution, analytics, authentication, AI-processing, payment, advertising, measurement or communications providers. We are not responsible for third-party services except as required by law.
You may request account deletion through the protected web resource and, when available in your app version, the in-app deletion flow. Reasonable identity verification may be used to prevent unauthorized deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, advertising or billing manipulation or legal, operational or security harm.
We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services. Uninterrupted or error-free operation, ad availability and availability of every feature in every location are not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy or reliability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fight IQ Global and related parties will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, revenue or data, personal injury, ad-related losses, third-party advertiser issues or business interruption. Total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount paid for the Services in the 12 months before the claim or CAD $100.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Fight IQ Global and related parties from claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising from User Content, misuse of the Services, manipulation of advertising or billing systems or violation of these Terms or law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be brought in courts located in Ontario, Canada.
We may update these Terms. Material changes may be communicated through the app, website or other reasonable means. Continued use after revised Terms become effective means you accept them.
