Fight IQ Global Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Fight IQ Global collects, uses, stores, shares and protects information when you use the mobile app, website, subscriptions and advertising-supported features.

Important: Fight IQ Global provides combat-sports training and analysis support. AI-generated output can contain inaccuracies, omissions or unsuitable suggestions and should be reviewed carefully by the user and, where appropriate, a qualified coach or professional.
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Fight IQ Global (“Fight IQ Global,” “Fight IQ,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal information when you use the Fight IQ Global mobile application, website and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Fight IQ Global is a combat-sports training and analysis platform. Depending on the features you use, the Services may include account creation, profile management, avatar selection, fight strategy, fight-camp planning, opponent analysis, video analysis, downloadable reports, subscriptions and advertising-supported features.
2. App store privacy and deletion commitments
We provide this Privacy Policy to explain our data practices clearly and to support app-store requirements. We make privacy information accessible in the app and on our website, describe what data is collected and how it is used and provide account-deletion options when accounts are supported.
Users may request account deletion through the in-app account/profile settings when that option is available in their app version and through our protected web-based account-deletion page. We may verify the request using the email address or authentication method associated with the account.
3. Information we collect
Account and contact information
We may collect your name, email address, account credentials, profile identifiers, subscription status, country or region and similar account-related data.
Training, athlete and profile information
We may collect sport type, organization/ruleset, gym names, fighter and opponent names, heights, weights, fight dates, strengths, weaknesses, goals, notes, training preferences, avatar selections and profile settings.
Content you submit
We may collect prompts, notes, uploaded photos, documents, videos and generated reports or summaries associated with your account.
Technical and usage information
We may collect app version, device type, operating system, language, general device identifiers, log data, crash data, diagnostics, approximate region and app interaction information needed to operate, secure, debug and improve the Services.
Advertising and measurement information
If the app displays advertising, we and our advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, device or app identifiers, IP address, approximate location, app usage events, ad impressions, ad clicks, crash or diagnostic data and information needed for fraud prevention, frequency capping, ad delivery, measurement and reporting.
Purchase and subscription information
If you purchase through Apple App Store or Google Play, we may receive records such as product tier, renewal status, transaction identifiers and subscription entitlement details. Payment-card information is generally processed by Apple or Google, not directly by us.
Support communications and permissions
If you contact support, we may collect your message and information needed to resolve the issue. If you use features requiring device access, we may request permission for camera, microphone, photo library/files or notifications and use those permissions only for the feature selected.
4. How we collect information
We collect information directly from you when you create an account, complete profile fields, upload content, request analysis, generate reports, subscribe, change settings, interact with ads or contact support.
Some information is collected automatically through app logs, diagnostics, advertising SDKs, analytics tools, cookies or similar technologies and standard device or platform data. We may receive information from providers that support authentication, hosting, analytics, storage, subscriptions, advertising, communications and AI processing.

- Generate requested combat-sports strategy, training, planning, analysis and reports.
- Process or verify subscriptions and paid features.
- Display, personalize, measure and protect advertising where ads are shown.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, invalid traffic and security issues.
- Respond to support requests, monitor performance and comply with legal obligations.
6. Advertising, partners and choices
Fight IQ Global may display advertising in free, trial or ad-supported versions. Ads may be contextual, personalized or non-personalized depending on region, consent choices, device settings, app settings, age requirements and the partners used.
Advertising partners may receive limited device or session information to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud and comply with law. Where required, we request consent before personalized ads or cross-app/cross-site tracking. Users may manage advertising identifiers, personalization and app permissions through device settings.
Fight IQ Global is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly use children’s personal information for personalized advertising.
7. AI and automated processing
Some features use AI or automated processing to analyze prompts, uploaded materials, training inputs or requested workflows and generate summaries, plans or recommendations. Outputs are for informational and training support only and can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable.
8. When we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information as reasonably necessary with service providers supporting hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, diagnostics, subscriptions, communications, support, AI functionality or security; advertising and measurement partners; Apple, Google and other platform providers; professional advisers and authorities; and business successors in a corporate transaction, subject to applicable safeguards.
9. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, support advertising reporting or fraud prevention and comply with legal, tax, accounting or regulatory requirements.
After a verified deletion request, we delete or de-identify associated personal information except where retention is legally required or reasonably permitted for security, fraud prevention, backup integrity, tax/accounting, dispute resolution or other legitimate operational purposes. Backups may persist temporarily until overwritten in the normal cycle.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit, authentication protections and least-privilege practices. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.
11. International transfers
Information may be processed or stored outside your province, state or country, including by service providers and advertising partners. When required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.
12. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, update, delete or request a copy of certain personal information or withdraw consent where consent is the processing basis. You may also control notifications, camera, microphone, file access and advertising identifiers through device settings.
13. Account deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated data through the protected web form. Reasonable verification may be required to protect against unauthorized deletion.
Deleting the Fight IQ Global account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be managed through the applicable store account settings.
14. Children and minors
Fight IQ Global is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. A coach, parent or authorized user entering information about a minor athlete is responsible for having the authority and consent to provide it.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by revising the effective date and may be communicated through the app, website or other reasonable means.
